Tips to Increase Your Height

Height depends a lot on heredity. If both the parents are short-heighted, then there is 100% chance that their children will be short-heighted too , even if one of the parents is short then still there are some chances for the children to have a short height but not necessarily. Then it depends a lot on the diet and physical activity. Whatever is the reason, one should not lose hope.

Exercise daily or engage in some kind of physical activity like jogging, playing cricket, football, throw ball etc. whatever you like, hanging himself from any support etc. Do stretching exercises. Indulge in hyperactivities such as fast cycling and swimming to tone up the muscles. This will facilitate raising your height.

Hanging
Upside down hanging works wonders to lengthen not only your back, but also your legs. Manage to get a good position and strap your legs good enough to hang vertically,. . Don’t hang longer than 20 minutes at a time as that may damage your back.

Swim More Often
The free motion of swimming is very light on your body and greatly releases stress, which can prevent your body from growing. Try to swim as much as possible, 3 times a week is optimal.

Diet

  • Keep your diet balanced with lots of milk, cheese, fish, chicken, vegetables especially green leafy ones, fresh fruits, nuts, cereals and pulses (daals) etc.
  • Eat saagoodaana kheer in breakfast.
  • Drink 1 tsp. of a syrup containing lysine (Lysovit) twice a day.
  • Drink warm milk with a pinch of turmeric at bedtime.
  • Eat diet rich in vitamins, calcium, fibers and proteins. Get your diet plan framed by a qualified dietician or nutritionist.
  • Half kg pumpkin (kaddoo) or laukee boiled n mashed. Add 2 tsp. honey and a piece of misree. Eat in breakfast daily.
  • Eat saagoodaana porridge with a few drops of kewra and a piece of chaandi ka warq in breakfast daily.

Be Careful After Taking Meal.

Every Body needs energy to work. As we humans eat or drink to produce energy in our body. Without this we cannot live.
But the point is that we should take a proper way to eat or drink that's why we can healthy and fit..!
There myths that after eating you should move about, eat fruits or even relax by sleeping for a while. We would like to correct these myths as they can actually harm your digestive system and cause health related issues. Here are seven things you should not do after eating:

• Do not smoke – Studies from experts proved that smoking a cigarette after a meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes, causing higher chances of cancer.

• Do not eat fruits immediately as eating fruits after a meal will cause your stomach to be bloated. Therefore eat fruits 1 to 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour before.

• Do not drink tea because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein intake from the food we consume to be hardened and thus difficult to digest.

• Do not loosen your belt! Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.

• Do not take a shower as it will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

• Do not walk about – People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live longer! It’s a myth! Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we eat.

• Do not sleep immediately – The food we take will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric problems and infections in our intestine.

How To Fall Asleep Fast !!

Sometimes we know that we're gonna have a hard day tomorrow and we need to get some good sleep and relaxation before it. We want to fall asleep fast and we don't want to just lay in bed for hours unable to fall asleep. I recommend to go to sleep when you're sleepy, not so early that you don't have any chance to fall asleep. If you're tired and sleepy chances that you'll fall asleep are quite bigger. Here are few tips to fall asleep faster :

- Turn off all electronics and do not use any electronics half an hour before you go to sleep
- Keep your room dark and noise free
- Cold of your room, open the windows for few minutes, fresh air will likely put you to sleep
- Take hot shower
- Drink camomile tea and eat an apple (they have calming effects)
- Don't think about that things you have to do tomorrow (I know it's hard, but at least try to not think about it)
- Avoid caffeine in the afternoon
- Adjust your pillow before laying in to the bed
- Few drops of lavender essential oil on your pillow will help you to fall asleep faster

I didn't include supplements, because I wanted to give some tips how to fall asleep faster on natural way. There are also phone apps that make some sounds on particular frequency that will help you fall asleep faster. I haven't tried out those apps, because they drain your battery life over night and when I have to go from home out in town I want to have fully charged phone.
