How To Stop Hair Fall.

It's better to use natural products to stop hairfall than to go in for expensive parlour treatments, that may not help the problem.

There are following tips to reduce hair fall:

1. Hot oil treatments: Take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair.

2. Natural juices: You can rub your scalp with either garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it on overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning.

3. Get a head massage: Massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base.

4. Antioxidants: Apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) on your scalp and leave this mixture on for an hour and then rinse. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth.

5. Practice meditation: Believe it or not, most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension. Meditation can help in reducing that and restore hormonal balance.

How To Improve Your Job Interview.

A job interview gives you a chance to shine. What you say and what you do is going to either move you to the next round of consideration for employment or knock you out of contention. It doesn't take much to make an impression - good or bad. If you haven't taken time to dress appropriately or if you say the "wrong" thing, it will be over.
Take the time to prepare your interview technique including knowing what's on your resume, being able to present why you are qualified for the job, why you are interested in the company, and practicing staying calm and focused. It's important to remember that the image the interviewer has of you when he first meets you is the one that is going to last.

Know the Facts:-
I've been surprised when applicants weren't able to tell me their dates of employment or what they actually did on a day-to-day basis at their job. Review your work history - and make sure what you say matches what's on your resume. Take the time to learn about the company and about the job you're applying for.

What You Don't Say:-
What you don't say can - and will - be used against you in a job interview. If you come to an interview chewing gum or drinking coffee, you will already have one strike against you. Too much perfume or not enough deodorant won't help either. Not being dressed appropriately or having scuffed shoes will give you a second strike. Talking or texting on your cell phone or listening to an iPod while waiting to be called for the interview may be your final strike and you could be done with your candidacy before you even say a word.

What You Do Say:-
Your verbal communications are important. Don't use slang. Speak clearly and definitely. If you need to think about a response to an interview question, that's fine. It's better to think before you talk than to stumble over your words. Practice answering some interview questions so you're comfortable responding the basics.

Listen:-
It can be easy to get distracted during a job interview. It's stressful and you're in the hot seat when it comes to having to respond to questions. That said, if you do your best to listen to what the interviewer is asking, it will be easier to frame appropriate responses.

Other Quick Facts...

=To make a good impression at an interview: Do your research, rehearse, then relax.

=Practice ahead of time with sample questions and different interview styles.

=During the interview, be tactful, courteous, sincere, polite and knowledgeable about the organization and what you have to offer it.

=Always send a follow-up thank you letter to the interviewer.

How To Fall Asleep Fast !!

Sometimes we know that we're gonna have a hard day tomorrow and we need to get some good sleep and relaxation before it. We want to fall asleep fast and we don't want to just lay in bed for hours unable to fall asleep. I recommend to go to sleep when you're sleepy, not so early that you don't have any chance to fall asleep. If you're tired and sleepy chances that you'll fall asleep are quite bigger. Here are few tips to fall asleep faster :

- Turn off all electronics and do not use any electronics half an hour before you go to sleep
- Keep your room dark and noise free
- Cold of your room, open the windows for few minutes, fresh air will likely put you to sleep
- Take hot shower
- Drink camomile tea and eat an apple (they have calming effects)
- Don't think about that things you have to do tomorrow (I know it's hard, but at least try to not think about it)
- Avoid caffeine in the afternoon
- Adjust your pillow before laying in to the bed
- Few drops of lavender essential oil on your pillow will help you to fall asleep faster

I didn't include supplements, because I wanted to give some tips how to fall asleep faster on natural way. There are also phone apps that make some sounds on particular frequency that will help you fall asleep faster. I haven't tried out those apps, because they drain your battery life over night and when I have to go from home out in town I want to have fully charged phone.
